Welsh stationery and greeting card retailer Creative Cove has been named Retail Business of the Year by UK dealer group Nemo Office Club, at the organisation’s annual conference.
Sandra Jervis, who owns the Lampeter store, told Greetings Today: “It was an absolute honour to be awarded Retail Business of the year by Nemo Office Club and was a complete surprise. To be recognised for what I’m doing and my achievements means the world to me. We all work so hard in our industry to be the best and do the best, so when someone stands up and says your name, it says you’re doing something right! I live and breathe my shop and this gives me the validation to keep on going and doing what I do.’’
