Rosanna Rossi co-owner and designer Anna Nelson explains how she gets inspiration for her designs – and why visitors will see more than 50 new designs at PG Live!

Rosanna Rossi was established in 2009 and has grown organically within both the UK and around the world. Anna Nelson is the creative designer and her husband Troy works behind-the-scenes to make the business flow as smoothly as possible.
You’ll mostly find Anna in her studio either painting or outside walking the Cotswold hills. Troy enjoys the business aspects and loves creating endless graphs and spreadsheets!
However, the team that holds the business together goes far beyond a husband and wife duo, as Anna explains: “Our warehouse staff, our fantastic printers, the supportive agents and international distributors all work so hard; we have a great relationship with them and it makes a huge difference.’’
So how does Anna gain inspiration for her designs? “Design inspiration is at its best when we’re on our travels, taking time outside of the studio and away from the computer,’’ she says. “We try to book a trip away as much as possible to clear our heads and explore the great outdoors. This is also true during a design block. Getting outside of your head and into nature makes a world of difference. I have to be in the right mood to create a cohesive collection, which means the more time away from the screen and technology the better!’’
Rosanna Rossi is launching more than 50 new designs at PG Live in June – “it’s our only trade show of the year so we’re really making the most of launching lots of new designs!’’ adds Anna.
There are three new ranges and a festive Christmas collection, together with new additions to existing best-selling collections.
Alongside new ranges Driftwood, Into The Wild, and Floral Pop, there are beautiful new additions to the sophisticated Novella range with New Home and Happy Birthday titles. This collection complements Rosanna Rossi’s other ranges with its sophisticated illustrations and ‘Japanese’ style. Anna adds: “We aim to cater for lots of different tastes and price brackets. We look forward to showcasing our latest ranges at PG Live and welcome you on to our stand!’’
