Stationery Brand Ryman appoint Peter Birks as new CEO. Â
Ryman, the heritage stationery and office supplies brand, has announced that it has hired Peter Birks as its new CEO. Peter brings with him 15 years of experience as a proven executive leader, with a track record in delivering growth and maximising operational efficiencies within multichannel organisations. He has held leadership roles in retailers Office Depot, Staples and recently as CEO for Tuffnells.
Peter joins Ryman to further grow the brand in key markets and channels, deliver industry leading customer service levels, create a compelling place to work for colleagues and use technology to drive the business further.

The role, based in Crewe and London, will focus on the digital side of the business, in synergy with the store portfolio, will nurture Ryman service partners and bring a further innovative edge to Ryman.
Peter will lead all day-to-day operations for Ryman, reporting into Kypros Kyprianou, Group CEO, Theo Paphitis Retail Group.
Peter will commence the role at the beginning of August.
