Card Factory announce the appointment of Syed Kazmi who joins the leadership team.
Card Factory have announced that Syed Kazmi will be joining the leadership team as Executive Director of Business Development from August 23, 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience in new markets, franchise and partnerships.
Syed joins Card Factory from variety store chain HEMA where he was International Business Director, expanding the company’s international reach through franchise and wholesale multi-channel agreements in new and existing markets. Prior to this, Syed served on the Executive Team at Hamleys of London as International Director where he led global development, operating stores and wholesale channels in 25 markets.
Working in the Business Development Team, Syed will help Card Factory deliver on one of the key parts of the business’s five-year strategy by focusing on building out its partnership offer, making Card Factory’s offer available in more places, however customers shop.
