Paper Plane send a message to customers
Paper Plane are still processing all orders as normal from their village studio in Exton, Rutland. As a team of two (three if you count the dog, Dog) who also live together, they are able to socially distance while carrying on as normally as possible.
While trade orders have slowed down, for obvious reasons, they are selling more cards than ever through direct online channels. “There’s been a big take-up for our hand-written, sent direct service, which means the customer doesn’t need to leave the house for a card, stamp or trip to the post box,†said Laura.
“We’d like to assure all our stockists that we’re here for them if they need extended terms or revised MOQs – or just a shout-out on social media about any online services they are offering,†added Jack.
